EMPLOYMENT AFTER GRADUATION

After graduation, some graduates may probably set up their own business and make a living as sole proprietors or as partners in a partnership or private company.

Alternatively, other graduates, on leaving the higher institution, may prefer to seek for paid employment either in the public or civil service, or in the firms and companies in the private sector. The public and civil services constitutes the public sector and are usually large establishments. In the private sector, however, large and small establishments abound. There are distinct and peculiar factors to consider in working for a small firm, as well as for large establishment, whether in the public sector or the private sector.
